Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms and conditions for physical products purchased through the Vanta Society Marketplace. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside India will not be processed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the vendor and delivery location, and are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Orders containing items from multiple vendors may have separate shipping costs calculated per vendor. The total shipping cost is the sum of all vendor shipping charges and is clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
  • Estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation

Note

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST: Ship same business day (subject to inventory availability)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST: Ship next business day
  • Weekend and holiday orders: Processed on the next business day
  • You will receive tracking information via in-app notification and email once your order is shipped

6. Multi-Vendor Shipments

Our Marketplace features products from multiple curated vendors. Please note:

  • Orders with items from different vendors may arrive in separate shipments
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number
  • No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments
  • You can track all shipments in the Order History section of the app

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track it through the following methods:

  • In-App Tracking — Navigate to Order History in the Store tab to view real-time tracking status
  • Email Updates — Tracking updates sent to your registered email address
  • Courier Partner Websites — Tracking numbers can be used on courier partner websites (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.)

Note

If tracking has not been updated within 48 hours of dispatch notification, please contact our support team.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to the origin warehouse
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address

9. Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Complete street address with landmark (if applicable)
  • Correct PIN code (postal code)
  • Valid phone number for delivery coordination
  • Recipient name matching the address

Important

Vanta Society is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes are not possible once an order has been shipped.

10. Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, please document the damage with photos before opening. Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery to support@projectvanta.xyz for a prompt resolution.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a list of missing items.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on regulations:

  • Supplements may be restricted to specific states based on local regulations
  • Some products may not be deliverable to certain PIN codes
  • Any restrictions will be shown at checkout before order confirmation
